Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. Yay!

Processing & Fulfillment Times
All Votes of Confidence items are made to order. This helps reduce waste and support more sustainable practices. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days.

Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times vary by destination:

US: 3–5 business days

UK & EU: 5–10 business days

International: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folders.

Made-to-Order & Returns
All our products are made to order, which means we don’t keep stock on hand — your item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not typically accept returns for change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect sizing.

Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, if you receive an item that’s damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ve got your back.

Email us at votesofconfidence@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s)

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner (Printful) to get a free replacement sent out to you.

Delivery Issues & Returned Packages
If a package can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our fulfillment partner and held for 30 days. You're welcome to have it reshipped — however, you’ll need to cover the reshipping fee.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:

- Checking with neighbors or your local post office

- Looking around entryways or secure drop-off areas

Unfortunately, if the carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot offer a refund or replacement unless it’s confirmed lost by the carrier.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, customers typically have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days. However, this does not apply to made-to-order or custom products, which includes all Votes of Confidence merchandise. We include this note for transparency.
