Refund policy

 

At Votes of Confidence, every item is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. Because of this, we don’t typically accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something’s gone wrong.

 


If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Printful has a strict three-step quality control process, but in rare cases, mistakes or damage in transit can happen.

We’ve got you covered.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective:

- Contact us within 30 days of delivery

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

- We’ll submit a claim and get a free replacement sent your way

Note: Issues caused by low-resolution design uploads (on custom items) may not qualify for free replacements.


If You Received the Wrong Item

Received the wrong size, color, or design due to a fulfillment error? We're on it.

- Please reach out within 30 days of delivery

- Include photos and your order details

- We’ll coordinate a replacement at no cost to you

 


Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders come with tracking. If your package seems lost in transit:

- Contact us, and we’ll investigate with Printful

- If tracking shows no movement, and it’s deemed lost, we’ll send a replacement

If tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it:

- Check with neighbors or your local post office

- Unfortunately, Printful doesn’t cover these cases, so we’ll work with you to find a solution (replacements in this case may be offered at our discretion)

 


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or not being claimed, we’ll contact you.

You can:

- Update the shipping address and choose to reship (shipping costs apply)

- Or opt not to reship (no refund will be issued)

Printful holds returned orders for 30 days at no charge.

 


Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse

As all products are made on demand, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

- Choosing the wrong size or color

- Changing your mind

We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please be sure before you order!

Helpful tip: Every product page includes size charts—double-check your sizing before checkout.

 


European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, please note:

- This does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized

- You must contact us at votesofconfidence@gmail.com within the 14-day period from delivery to begin a return

- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs

- A refund will be issued once the product is received in its original condition
